Swim, Bike, Run, Have a Baby, Work from Home!

Thanks for stopping by. Travis and I have several friends with blogs about their families, and it just seemed like the natural thing to do to start one for ours! Especially since ours is growing. Speaking of growing, you should see me. Baby J turned 12 weeks old yesterday. Yeah! Just one more week until we can officially say the first trimester is over and we can relax (yeah right). I had a grocery store cashier say to me..."wow! you're pregnant!" Um, that was a brave lady. So I guess there's no doubt I'm showing. Anyway, it's terribly exciting and strange and fun to see this Baby slowly start to take over my body. I just can't wait until he/she gets bigger!!

Other things going on with us...this marks week 3 for me of working from home. I am absolutely loving it. Keeping myself really busy managing the house and our crazy animals who keep having to go to the vet. But also working on all sorts of real estate strategies and getting pumped to really dive into this career even further. Travis did a sprint triathlon on Father's Day WITHOUT training for it first! I was so proud of him. I can't wait to watch the video I took, every time he ran/swam/biked past me, I could hardly speak because I was overcome with emotion. I was just so proud of him and he was doing so well.

I could ramble on for hours about our happy little life, but I'll save some for another time.

This picture of Baby J was taken a month ago tomorrow. So we imagine that Baby is WAY bigger than that now (supposedly the size of a lime!). All you can really see is a white blob. Well that blob is our precious little baby, and growing less blob-like by the day! We will have another ultrasound next week, so hopefully we can see more then.

This picture I call "Working from Home." Please note that Lexi and Harley are NOT the best of friends, so you can imagine how much work I got done with one in my desk and the other standing guard.
